Hi Friends,

I have lose my weight with Yoga So I am prefer to Go with Yoga not excersies, There are lots of Yogasan which help you to lose your weight Quickly.

I am doing yoga on 25 to 30 min everyday in the morning and got Good Result. Let me share with you some yoga Aasan which I am following since last 3 Months and get Good Result. You can also follow those yoga.
