According to Youtube Channel Management Services India:-

  1. Make use of your tags, keep them on topic
  2. Your titles need to be catchy
  3. Thumbnails need to draw the eye
  4. Follow through with your promises, eg. Comment on a channel saying hey I have this content, and some people will check it out
  5. Keep uploading, daily if you can but make sure you still put the effort into your videos, don't just put out 7-second clips of junk
  6. Keep content exciting and refreshing
  7. If you want to, be sure to follow trends for example all that fidget spinner stuff, sure it may be annoying and frowned upon by some but hell it'll get you views

YouTube is all about driving new people to your channel and keeping viewers engaged. Do that and I promise you will grow

If I share my experience I have been uploading once a week on my nature art channel (Silver lining Art) for about 2 months and have 88 subs - though half of them are probably my family and friends. But the other half are strangers that somehow found my channel and love watching me paint. Enjoy what you do and subscribers will follow.
