How Do I Start A Channel On YouTube?

Before I started my YouTube channel, I take advice from a Youtube Channel Marketing Expert, I googled stuff and people said that you need to buy all sorts of things—
- Camera
- Good Mic
- Lighting
- Etc.
- Etc.
I say it’s bullcrap. Start with whatever you have. No need for investing a lot initially. Phone cameras can shoot really good-quality videos.
I had promised myself that when I cross 1k subs, I’ll upgrade the setup.
I started with just my laptop (in-built camera & microphone) and bought 10-rupee USB LED lights to plug to the side for better lighting (pictured).
That’s it.
Apparatus won’t do much without content. So that’s what you need to focus on— content.
- I started with writing advice.
- Then started narrating my stories.
- Then moved to Honest Rants.
- Then to Wrong Subtitles.
